Failand Village Hall

www.failandvillagehall.org.uk

Failand Village Hall is in Oxhouse Lane near the minor crossroads at the end of the village. Parish Council meetings and other local events are held there. It is hired out for private events. There is a new children's play area and picnic benches.

Milk & More

Get milk, dairy free milk alternatives like Oatly and other items delivered to your doorstep before 7am. Milk in bottles with the cream on top tastes much better than homogenised and reusable glass is more eco friendly than plastic (the proposed move to plastic has been dropped). Support your local milkman Kev by subscribing to this service. You can order orange juice and a load of other groceries up to 9pm the previous evening. This was very useful during Lockdown.

Oatly Barista Edition is a dairy free milk alternative that tastes better in tea and coffee than real milk. Oatly Whole tastes better on muesli and cereals than real milk. They are both fortified with Calcium at the same concentration as real milk (the Organic version is not so would not recommend).
