Residents have received a letter from Hill Residential about a proposal to build 200 homes in the field next to Flax Bourton Road:
Only some residents received the letter.
There is no planning application yet.
Be aware the "consultations" conducted by property developers are fishing exercises to find out how you intend to object so that when they make the application they can address those matters. The feedback form is usually a channelling exercise to lead you into supporting the application so expect questions like "Do you agree there is a need for affordable housing in North Somerset?".
